  1. Exactly we need to know exactly what we have in him by the end of year 3.
  2. I'm kinda surprised to see so many people with a level headed perspective in this thread. Last few days I've seen nothing but Bryce is the savior talk everywhere else on social media.
  3. He still needs to prove A) he can be this good for a whole season B) he can lead the team to a winning season C) he can lead the team to the playoffs If he can do any of those things, I'll be an official believer. If he can do multiple then that's a bonus. I'm just leery from how everyone has pivoted hard on Bryce multiple times for the most part. To being hard for stroud when we traded for the pick initially, to all in for Bryce once it became obvious we were picking him, to saying he's ass in his first 18 games and borderline hating him, to now saying he's basically Jesus Christ for playing well in the last half of year 2 There's just no middle ground for most people. If you're not riding the wave of whatever the popular sentiment is about Bryce among the Fandom at any given time, most fans will berate you and hurl all sorts of bullshit at you just because you don't have the common opinion.
  4. Vikings might actually go 1 and done vs the Rams next weekend which is wild
  5. If you thought Sam was rattled earlier, its gonna be a lot worse now down 2 TDs midway through the 4th
  6. I'm fully expecting this game to end on a Darnold INT lol
  7. Van Ginkle again man. The Vikings have ridiculous talent on defense
  8. Vikings could have been controlling the pace of the game with running the ball more but now they're probably going to get boatraced by the Lions unless they get some more turnovers.
  9. Don't think the Vikings will win this one folks
  10. GOFF INTERCEPTED. LOL. THIS GAME IS WILD!!!
  11. Sam has so much time to throw these passes in the end zone, he coulda ran it in or at least tried to. That's what I love about Bryce hes not afraid to just run it in vs waiting forever for someone to get open
  12. Then sam over throws Jefforson right after. The Vikings must not trust their red zone run game AT ALL. That was pathetic after the INT that shoulda been a gift wrapped TD for the Vikings
  13. Jefferson dropped the TD pass yeesh. That's directly in his hands
  14. Sam could just run for TDs. Hes just stubborn about sitting there in the pocket in the red zone like a statue.
  15. Goff throws a costly INT backed up against his own end zone. oof.
  16. That mustve been why Jefferson had his arms up after that play lol
  17. Damn. Sam Darnold is off tonight so far. He's missed at least 2 big throws. That last throw shoulda been a layup TD to Justin Jefferson if he doesn't throw it so high up
  18. I miss seeing Panthers play excellent defense. Damn.
  19. Van Ginkle absolutely destroyed Jahmyr Gibbs there. wow. Then Grenard gets a sack on Goff. Both these defenses came to play today, that's for sure. Sam Darnold was sacked for massive negative yards just the drive before this one.
  20. I think if he drops to us, Tetairoa McMillan could be a dark horse pick at 8 if he drops to us. Despite how desperate they probably are to fix the defense, having a bonafide #1 WR would be nice too. But you'd absolutely NEED to hit on some defensive picks in the mid rounds.
  21. Teams above us: 1. Titans 2. Browns 3. Giants 4. Patriots 5. Jaguars 6. Jets 7. Raiders We know most likely, at least a couple QBs will go ahead of us. Someones going to draft the top OT, another team will get Travis Hunter. So that is at least 4 players we've got no shot at. That leaves 3 more teams ahead of us that could select other players. The early projections have Will Johnson and Mason Graham being the best blue chip defenders on the board. Someone will likely take Tet McMillain as top WR off the board. So that is going to leave use with Abdul Carter, Mykel Williams, James Pearce Jr, Jaylon Walker, Nick Scourton, and Malaki Starks as the best players available for us. Very early in the process, but its trending towards DE/Pass rusher at pick 8
  22. Its looking like the Jets could win, but the Raiders will likely lose. So that would bump us up from Pick #8 to pick #7
  23. ((((CAREER STATS AFTER YEAR 2)))) 6 Wins - 22 Losses (21% win rate) (as a starting QB) - 5280 passing yards, 60.3% Completion rate, 28 TD, 19 INTs - 82 rushes, 502 rushing yards 6 rushing TDs , 6.1 ypc (((CAREER STATS AFTER YEAR 1))) 2 Wins - 14 Losses (12.5% win rate) - 2877 passing yards, 59.8% Completion rate, 11 TDs, 10 INTs - 253 rushing yards, 0 TDs, 6.5 ypc Some things I've noticed. His completion percentage hasn't changed much which is interesting. Its good to see that TD to INT Ratio get a little better. All 6 of the rushing TDs came from year 2.
  24. thats the best way to sum up my opinions. We gotta let it bake for a good while to really make any definitive statements about the team or Bryce. Teams are ultimately judged by Wins vs Losses and playoff / Super bowl success, and we got none of that yet. If we can either get a winning season and/or playoff berth in 2025, that is gargantuan progress considering we haven't been to the playoffs or had a winning season in 7 years ongoing. Another step up would be back to back winning seasons and/or playoff wins.
