  1. They really should have gotten JPJ or Frazier in R2 and picked up a RB later R1 Legette R2 JPJ or Frazier can't remember which was available, both were if we didn't trade down iirc R3 Payton Wilson R4 Sanders or RB of choice R5-R7 depth, personally I woudlve gotten Brendan Rice in R6
  2. C+ or B- . The offensive players we got look good but I wasn't impressed at all with the defensive selections. We'll see I guess. Defintely will re-evaluate the grade after their first year is over. I think particularly if we hit big on 2 of the of offensive players itll be a great draft from that alone. Getting that R2 pick next year back was probably my favorite thing about this draft even above any of the players. That was a gaping hole in the 2025 draft that I was miffed about when we did the trade up for Bryce. That trade down by Morgan this weekend effectively stopped the bleeding from the Bryce trade up, draft capital wise.
  3. Didn't that happen with DJ Johnson too? Evero might be a good coach but not sure if I trust his talent evaluation abilities
  4. I'm kinda iffy on these defensive picks in this draft . At least we've got decent depth at interior line backers now.
  5. It's nuts we didn't take any offensive line players in the whole draft. Staff must be super high on our depth and Corbett
  6. Chargers picked up Joe Alt, Ladd McConkey and Brendan Rice. Thats pretty damn good considering they lost both their starting WRs in free agency
  7. No clue about this guy. Late round CB depth most likely.
  8. I'm really surprised the Panthers got a popular fan pick JaTavion Sanders. Very common mock draft target in R3 and R4. R5 - R7 is typically a crapshoot. I'm personally looking at Oline depth and BPA I guess. I don't think Corner is high on their priority list.
  9. Damn great pick actually Morgan finally just picked a player that was on top of a typical mock draft board. JaTavion Sanders was an extremely common fan pick in R3/R4 particularly in a lot of mock drafts. If you swapped out that LB we got in R3 for Trotter or Gray this draft would be a slam dunk.
  10. I want at least 2 of these 4 picks to not be project players for the love of God We've been so bad at drafting outside of the first two rounds for a very long time. Hitting on even one of these day 3 picks would a pleasant suprise.
  11. I would've easily taken JPJ or Frazier in R2 and BPA in R3. They should've just taken a flyer on Trey Benson or Braelon Allen if they were that hard up for RB in R4 through R6. I was okay with the Legette pick because it makes sense. But picking a RB coming off an ACL for R2 and a developmental LB in R3 was bizzare to me.
  12. This is almost always the answer and why our drafts usually ass cheeks
  13. What do you think? Will Brooks be 100% to start the season coming back from an ACL? Will he immediately beat out Chubba and Sanders for RB1? Is Leggete starting out on the outside with Deiontae Johnson on the other side? Will they just stick Theilen and Mingo in the slot??
  14. The good thing is we still have 4 more picks. If the hit on even 1 of these I'd be impressed. The panthers have been absolutely dogshit at hitting on anything outside of R1 or R2 for a very long time
  15. I just fuging hate how they're always banking on upside instead of just straight up production. That's a huge reason why our drafts have Been so shitty for years. Either Morgan or the scouts that are still there have had a big impact on this.
  16. That's what I'm thinking. You could have easily gotten a good RB much later and same thing if you wanted a project LB. I personally wouldn't have traded jack poo, and went BPA. My dream senario was JPJ and Payton Wilson. Even Ig they were afraid of Wilson's medical R3 was a really good spot for another proven LB like Trotter or Cedric Gray or an edge like Trice or Ellis. Cedric Gray woulda been slam dunk pink at the top of R4 today if we picked a solid edge rusher like Trice or Ellis in R3
  17. This is where I'm at. I'm not impressed with this for the sake of the trades or the players we got. The Legette pick makes sense but I didnt agree with a RB in R2 or a developmental LB in R3. I don't see how that's too different from a Hurney or Fitterer draft pick wise. And both of them also could hit on first rounders as well.
  18. Luke McCafrey went way earlier than I expected. R3 to the commanders. They've had some very solid picks so far as well.
  19. Steelers are having a very solid draft. They've got multiple players I had in mocks for the panthers
  20. They said the knee has other stabilizers in it. Idk how or what those are though, maybe material that imitates the ligament has been screwed into it. Sounds like a ticking time bomb
  21. Payton Wilson is straight up missing an ACL? Yeesh. No wonder he's dropping like a rock tonight.
  22. Remember when we passed on that OG that went to the Cheifs, that balled out even tho he had heart issues or something. Trey Smith? At some point you gotta take some swings. Hell the rb we drafted just tore his fuging ACL last year.
  23. Sounds like a 5th or 6th rounder. Way too many better players om the board. I'm starting to think Morgan was a big part of these past few drafts with some of these bizzare picks.
  24. Who the hell.... Some major reaches with R2 and R3 picks. Don't like them at all. Project LB in the 3rd is not a good pick.
