  1. My son is in the Physical Therapy field and I showed him the video He said the way the knee buckled, it looked to be the MCL and ACL that would be effected, but not sure how severe. Grade 1 2-4 weeks Grade 2 6-8 weeks Grade 3 (complete tear) well, we know the answer on that one
  2. I told you guys about him(Williams) after the game. when he gets his mitts on someone, he owns them And the worst part of his game was supposed to be his pass protection but most of the plays when he was in seemed to be just that. i would say if he keeps progressing, he will get great opportunities at LT, especially if his lateral quickness improves. Very excited about this guy and still my favorite value of all of our picks this past draft
  3. I liked what I saw from D Williams. He was very good in pass protections and once he got his hands on someone, he owned them. Very excited to see how he progresses. He did play high on a couple plays, but still dominated his man. For a rookie, don't think you could have asked a lot more. Not perfect, but better than advertised going into the draft for sure
  4. Just a few plays, but if he gets his hands on you, then you are beaten. Also, mostly pass protection while he was in, which is supposedly his weak point, but he did well. Want to see him run blocking
  5. Shaq was not in a lot of the offseason camps due to classes, well behind yet
  6. The rest of the game is just for penciling in the first round of cuts
  7. Tyrod playing better than Cassel or Newton tonight, but a crappy effort by our D is surely helping him
  8. Although the Oline was better than expected at pass protection, they took a huge step back in run blocking
  9. Buffalo's entire game plan is to hit their playmakers with 5 yard plays and hope they break something
  10. That is why I did not level any criticism toward the D, just found very little to praise them about
  11. So far, the best thing from the offense is better than expected pass protection From the defense, not much to crow about From special teams, we are getting beat on both sides
  12. Our Oline will get extreme pressure in the 1st qtr as new coach Ryan will want to put his stamp on the Defense and give his normal, "we are going to the Super Bowl" presser afterwards.
  13. The rookie I am most excited about is #60 Thanks for the updates
  14. Nah, he is knowledgeable about football and he is getting it from years of seeing LT's being 20 lbs under the RT. Road Grader is used for RT's about 95% of the time where LT's get graded more on their feet. I don't totally agree with him, but his not out to lunch as some of you suspect. I am hoping, like everyone else, the DW can develop great feet to go along with his strength and attitude. He might not ever be a LT in practice anymore either, you never know. With the other guys being out, this might have been just a body for practice. Hope not though
  15. I understand the point you are trying to make. I doubt anyone thinks he can be top tier right off, but, we only need him to be average at this point to make our line solid
  16. First and foremost, the running game. Most of the guys on the left side that would be rushing him would be giving up 50-75lbs. He would absolutely maul all the speed guys in the league. This alone might not mean up tempo, high scoring games, but could mean our stable of back and Cam could rule every second half on the ground. Passing There were about 1 out of 10 draft pundits that had DW being athletic enough for the left side. But, the ones that did, had high praise for his potential there. Buffalo's line is very tough. Will be a good first test, I say first because it is very new for him and he is bound to make mistakes his first few times out, especially against the Bills
  17. 1st qtr of Bills game will probably be all D. Their D Line is quite formidable
  18. Oline cohesiveness and current DT rotation effectiveness
  19. My head is spinning Any chance Kalil is gone after this season and we move Remmers to C, Williams at RT and a FA for LT? I am sure that Remmers time at C is just in case of Kalil injury, but i can't wait to see Williams on the field and Remmers does not deserve the bench G seems to be covered Seems like our line now is very good at all positions except for LT
  20. Was my favorite pick in the draft for us
  21. His speed should lead to many NFC South fannies getting tagged. Can't wait
