Dorial Green-Beckham: If he falls to us on the clock in 2nd
L-TownCat replied to top dawg's topic in Carolina Panthers
Not exactly the murderous women beating drug taking type though. But maybe Cam has a dark side? -
Dorial Green-Beckham: If he falls to us on the clock in 2nd

This organization prefers marginal talent with high character over supreme talent with questionable character. I call it the "Rae Reverberation" or the "Caruth Character Conundrum"- 86 replies

4 Things Greg Hardy Must Do to Remain a Panther
L-TownCat replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
Services rendered. Money gone is money gone. Can't control that. If he wants to be here, make him an offer and then let the chips fall where they may. Just walking away from a player like hardy is foolish and pig headed. -
4 Things Greg Hardy Must Do to Remain a Panther

Absolutely not. It's still up to the front office but if we are truly dealing with a billion dollar company then I hope decisions are made with interest in success over how an employee may or may not have ruffled certain pantaloons. -

This isn't the Middle East or South Asia where people are matched by third parties. Like you rationally broke down potential crisis scenarios every time your bird found a nest? He's dumb we get it but last I checked stupid is still legal. -

Should you lose a job because you hooked up with the wrong chick? That seems a bit over the top. -

If innocent, fug the other 3. Again, if innocent then immediately Hardy becomes the victim of an unstable and insecure little girl. And I ain't talkin about Nicole Holder. -
Richard Sherman may leave before the Superbowl is over
L-TownCat replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
He misses the birth of his child he's a douche. He misses the Super Bowl he's a me first terrible team mate. Either way, a group of unimportant self righteous pricks will celebrate. -

Hurst should be on our radar in the mid rounds anyway. A freak break of his leg or he would be a first rounder. If there he needs to be a panther.

Good list. The only real snub is TD. Star will make the cut for years to come. As far as Nortman goes, do they even punt in the pro bowl?

Luke's face in that gang tackle picture is enough to give someone nightmares.

Comparatively speaking, the defensive strategy is sound. Create pressure with the front 4, drop seven, got it. We have some dynamic players that allow this strategy to work somewhat efficiently. Now flip sides of the ball and we have a different story. The offensive strategy(if you can call it that) Has Cam Newton dropping back behind that "line" looking for slow developing routes that rarely come open. We do have a more traditional downhill rushing attack but one that does not feature Cam. Its lunacy at best to attempt this with our personnel. I have an idea, I'll give you a toothbrush, some rubber cement and an ice pick. Build me a boat. Same philosophy here.

Panthers Game Plan Strategy: 1) Spend all week working up an offensive and defensive strategy that a) doesn't fit our players and A )does not fully exploit the weaknesses of the other team 2) distribute this info to the team in a "hey guys, could you please listen, this is important" kind of way. 3) Watch opponent, having anticipated this obvious strategy, begin to kick our teeth in. 4) (most important step here) DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO ADJUST IN GAME. NOTHING, NOT A DAMN THING.

This hurts really bad. I mean I just don't know anymore. We can't make them be good. It's just such a helpless situation.
