  1. If Matt Rhule leads a NFL team to the playoffs, I'll print my posts, frame them, and put them on my walls as you enter my house.
  2. I thought the same thing before I saw that Rhule would have to go on the coaching streak of his life to get to the record Nagy has now.
  3. I was going to make a thread about this but decided against it. There is a very real argument that you could replace Rhule with any of the other 31 head coaches in this league and the record would improve. I think the one only one that could be a good debate is Chicago's coach.
  4. There's a good possibility that beyond being an awful leader, this dude straight up doesn't know X's and O's. Surprised there hasn't been a rebellion in the locker room.
  5. Get a good caoch, use every pick on the offensive line, including trading back where possible, and bring in at least 1 good free agent so that you come to training camp with 8 to 10 new offensive linemen. Moton at tackle. Brady and Deonte fighting with the new hires for the other 4 spots, and turn it around fast. The defense has great pieces to coach up. The offense has some good skill pieces. A new coach that builds up the line, uses CMC out of the backfield less, and has the QB just manage the game can win next year. The offensive line and the coaching staff are the problem, fix those and win next year. Tom can't play forever, Matt Ryan can't play forever, with a new coach, why can't it be us next.
  6. We need to turn the swear filter off for this phrase and this phrase only
  7. That 4th down call, this isn't college. Why the hell was the call a read double option and not "run the best short yardage Qb of all time up the middle" when you only need a damn yard.
  8. He should get a chance to compete under a coaching staff that belongs in the NFL. Also, even if not the starter, the AZ game is a hell of a template moving forward. He can still be one of the best threats within the redzone for a long time. If the Saints can do it with Taysom, so can we
  9. You know what, coaching ability aside (he has none), I just don't Ike Matt Rhule as a person. He's a poor leader, two-faced, and an awful representative of the franchise. Other coaches have frustrated all of us with their on field results, but Rhule is legitimately the first one I look at and dislike as a man. I don't see how anyone can support this dude inside and outside of the building.
  10. In like an innovative 3 QBs on the field at once kind of deal? Can't get an immediate sack if you don't know which QB has the ball...
  11. Not sure how he is any better than a random high school coach. Gifted 60 million and then proven to be a fraud
  12. We have the dumbest fuging offensive coaching staff on the planet. Making Shula look like McVay in comparison.
  13. It's not just our games. Every single game is full of just horrible calls. We suck but the refs have a negative impact on way too many games.
  14. Cam returning and facing off against the Pats in a Super Bowl would be one of the greatest narratives ever. Burns versus McCorkle, Cam leading the team that cut him against the team that cut him. That's Hollywood right there
  15. So what's it going to take to, ya know, get them to do the dirty work for us?
  16. The NFL will never get better until Refs start getting fined or fired. Players suck, they get cut. Coaches suck, they get fired. Refs suck, they get rewarded with the Super Bowl.
  17. And yet the previous guy didn't get the memo, and this entire staff f'd up by getting rid of Cam last year.
  18. Have to wonder what this team would look like if the Joe Brady experiment never happened. Feels like a year and a half was wasted.
  19. Win out and make the playoffs. Tomorrow is never guaranteed. If I keep the "Maybe next year" mindset, eventually next year is never going to come. I'd like them to win now.
  20. I've liked him for a long time. I think his ceiling is a lot higher than he gets credit for. Would've been cool if the Jags had traded the 1st pick and built up their team around him. They probably could've rebuilt the team on the assets from the trade alone.
