Lance and Kemba sorta duplicate each other..Lance is seemingly only a bigger version of Kemba. Where a Gordon Hayward would have enhanced Kemba...Lance and Kemba seem to get in each others way.

Decide who to keep(at this stage Lance is still the better player) and build from there...this backcourt is ass.

 

It would seem that Kemba's contract forces you to keep him.

Yep. I'm not sure Kemba's deal is tradeable unless you take on an equally shitty contract.

But this team would be better to move Kemba and keep Lance than move Lance and keep Kemba. Lance does more things better than does Kemba.

Hell, at this point I'm not sure Roberts isn't the better player.

It's been stated before but Kemba and Lance cannot be on the floor at the same time. It's pretty obvious at this point.

Our perimeter defense in 4th quarters is pathetic really. Starts with Cliff.

Too many guys are in over their heads on this team right now.

At this point, if the shitty contract we trade him for is a one-dimensional, offensive player, who is pretty much just a shooter, then we need to do it.

      Refs will be in their pocket. Always have to account for that. They are 20th in rush defense. They currently have the worst pass defense in the league. I mean I want to say even Bryce could at least put up 250 or more passing yards given that but man he looked BAD when the pocket collapsed against Miami and they had the 20th pass defense. Just can't expect to consistently get clean pockets like that in this league even with the better OL's. I'd say with this being a home game hopefully our guys will be motivated regardless. We certainly seem to play much better at home. We'll see.

      They'd never do it, because it really would be insane to do, but if I'm the Commanders, I'd seriously consider trading Daniels after this season, especially as he'd get a HUGE return for him. He's RG3 part 2, with his body type and style of game, I just can't see how he holds up long term, he's going to end up having a seriously injury prone career. It would take some massive balls (or pure insanity) to pull the trigger on trading him, but I do think 5 years from now it would be looked back upon as a smart trade.
