Disappointment (what it means)

Disappointment is running rampant through #PantherNation this evening and rightfully so. After all, I don't believe we've lost in their place since that infamous Nakamura fail so many moons ago. This time, if it's possible, it actually hurts more due to what was at stake.

Our run towards perfection is now over. Disappointed? Sure, and obviously some hurt feelings as well. To be expected as I stated.

How willthis group who hasn't lost in more than a calendar year respond though? Well for starters, we'll have to stomp the Bucs next week putting us back on track going into the playoffs.

Must rather unfortunate, and I HATE saying this, but I'd rather us lose now than in the playoffs. We ALL know that in the end, we need to hoist that Lombardi!

Right now that's all that matters, regroup and refocus! Get back to HARD NOSED DEFENSE!!!!! Put pressure on te QB with our front FOUR!

We MUST learn from this, and take it home and raise the trophy! Otherwise, the record, the almost evident MVP, the ProBowl nods will all be for not!

Gotta learn from this, gotta be humbled by the loss, and gotta get better! We've been lucky in the past, but now it's time to be good! Let's get it!

Disappointment ultimately means success when used properly. This team is built for adversity.

    • What people fail to understand is Lance had a college career that lasted about as long as teenage boys first intercourse.  To say he was raw was an understatement.  So much so that even a QB whisperer had a difficult time molding him into a polished NFL product on top of multiple nagging injuries.  The dud is in his mid-twenties, finally healthy and little miles on the tread.  Low risk, high reward.  If he's available, it would be stupid not to kick the tires.  It took Darnold and Mayfield to hit their 3rd or 4th team for things to finally click.  This is Lance's 3rd stop, I believe.  It's either time for it to click for him or be relegated to a full time backup. Roll the dice....
    • Wrong.  At least we put a QB sneak in the play book and and add plays over 20 yards.
    • I don’t know if people realize that Evan’s was one of the top TE prospects in college  before having some horrible injuries. I wanna say he had two major injuries in back to back seasons which limited his play and dropped his draft stock.
