Floyd Mayweather Jr vs Juan Manuel Marquez

Saturday Night at 10 ET on HBO PPV.

There is also a great fight between Chris John and Rocky Juarez on the under card, which their first fight ended in a draw.

Pretty pumped, 24/7 finale is on Friday Night. I've always been a fan of Money May, but I just think that Marquez doesn't get enough cred.

I'm going with Marquez by split.

I can't wait, I will definitely be pulling for Marquez, I've been a fan of his for a while. Too many people hate on FMJ but he is great boxer it will not be easy for Marquez

But I think with his heart & fighting for his country on Mexican Indep day if he he fights the right fight IE (don't be overly aggressive) he could squeak out a SD.

Marquez SD

I want to see May win. I want to see Mayweather vs Pacquiao so bad.

Ther's a very real chance Manny will not get past Cotto.

Even if both win a FMJ vs Pac fight will be tough to make considering both think of themselves as #1 P4P, I don't they would come to financial terms

That fight might go down as a should of happend but never did like Bowe vs Lewis

Pacquiao has to get by Cotto which won't be easy at all. I'm sure he's glad his connections didn't book a fight with Mosley because IMO Mosley would win that fight.

It wont especially since there are rumblings that Roach wants Manny to train in Mexico so he can get quality Sparring that mimic Cotto but Manny on the advice of his agent wants to train in the Philippines were he will not be able to get the quality sparing like he would if he was in Mexico

Pacquaio wouldn't stand a chance. This was just a complete ass whooping, he is P4P best.

EDIT: God, I love Boxing. That Interview is the reason why this sport is better than MMA.

I would love to see Mosley and Money fight. Same size, pretty much same type of fighter, would be an awesome fight. Something tells me it will never happen though.

    • I could be waaaaaaay off about Kon. I do fault myself into, to borrow a NFL phrase heavily "RAS" nerd on players, too much. There are PLENTY of athletic freak shows that are playing overseas(or Amazon delivery) cause they never figured out NBA ball. I can easily miss seeing the talent. Plus did he only have 2 dunks on the season??(is that for real??) I didn't watch over a few hours of duke, but not one point did I think "That Kon guy is a top 4 pick in the upcoming draft". IMO I still foresee Ball bringing the ball up, doing his weak isolation game and never even looking for Kon. That's his best trait according to everyone, shooting right? I do not see ball, bridges, miller or even williams making the extra pass to Kon for him to shoot a 3.  Then defense-wise, Im not ready to type the amount of questions I foresee in his ability for guarding NBA SGs or bench SFs for that matter. Not that NBA players care to defend, but still..... I just feel he's a bad fit for the current hornets, trades are taking place tho... Liam to me is a decent comp for Kon and he fell some, but was a 29 overall pick. Still around 13-21 was the good solid range for Liam and I thought the same for Kon. This is just a classic case of I need to see it. It add to this, Kon is like garlic. Ball is like sugar and Miller is like flour. Mix it together and chef Lee is not going to get me to eat that dish..... Honestly I don't know why Im this vocal about Kon. In past years I would be patience and not post and see what the kid has. The other side, insert classic white boy terms here- _____, ______, _______< etc >. Hornets do desperately need them. His crafty back door cuts, his willingness to stay a extra 2 hours to refine lees plays, keep playing with bruised limbs. I heard from many reports he's mentally tough and hornets by all gods need that. God they are such pussys.  I hope Im wrong and if so, I will give Kon his just props.
