The lottery is tonight. The canes sit in 7th and I believe so the best pick they can get is 3rd and the worst is 8th. Here's to hoping we get lucky!!

We have quite a few young defensemen who deserve to be in the NHL next year so I think JR will go offense especially if Whitney isn't coming back.

I agree we'll probably go offense, I just have had the opportunity to watch Cam Fowler play, and I think he is a tremendous talent.
