I spent the night with my cousins one time when I was like 10... We stayed up all night playing Nintendo and other typical juvenile things like having fart contests, etc...

Well, we finally fell asleep at like 4 AM or so... we had to get up around 8:30 to get breakfast and get ready for church...

When I got up, the urge you described hit me harder than it ever has... In my mad dash to their bathroom, I proceeded to have a diarrhea blowout all over their UNC colored bathroom rug... It was the funniest thing ever, until they started picking on me about it...

oh, and the worst types are the ones where you have diarrhea and have to vomit at the same time... so much fun... and the dry heaves... yumm...
