I have been making juicy lucy's since the summer and when I saw this sandwich I gave it a chance based on my positive experiences with juicy lucy's.

Have you ever made a burger with the cheese inside? I don't like cheese, but I make them for my wife. Take some hamburger meat and flatten it out thin with a decent circumference. Put whatever kind of cheese you like and place it in the middle. Fold the hamburger edges back in towards the middle and seal it so no cheese can leak out. Fire up grill and get to cooking.
