Huddlers,

Wanted to invite you all in on this online league I've been asked to start. I started it a couple days ago, 10 spots are filled, but we still 6 openings.

-League Ran using Myfantasyleague.com

-Online Auction Draft Sunday September 4th 2:00 pm cst (Using ESPN for the auction)

-League Fee secured and paid out using Leaguesafe.com

-100% Payout + Trophy for League Champion

-$200 entry fee and 1/2 deposit toward next season (This is to ensure the long term viability of the league)

-Flexible lineups

-Contract lengths set by owners, anywhere from 1-5 year contracts with maximum of 40 years per team.

-This league is for people interested in a LONG TERM Dynasty league. If you are a one and done, this league is not for you!

Update: Only 3 spots left. The league is filling very quickly.

We have a great group of owners so far! If you are interested in a fun, competitive dynasty league, act quickly. We’re going to be building some good division rivalries because by winning your 4 man division you are guaranteed at minimum breaking even by winning at least $200.       I think Indiana will win it all but Miami should give them a much better fight than Oregon did.

      When I tell people I was at that game, they usually say oh that’s so cool you had the experience. I call it soul crushing. Why? The weeks and months leading up to it were great, the team was fun to watch every week…some weeks the offense was unstoppable and carried the team (saints and giants road games), other times the defense carried the load (jaguars, tampa). Lots of back and forth games against good teams (Seattle and Indy). Good young players on the team, but the veteran leadership was incredible…from Cam, Olsen, Kalil and J Stew to Luke, TD, Norman, Tillman, Jared Allen, CJ. Role players like Fozzy Whitaker, Cotchery (he caught that MFer), Philly brown, Kyle love, AJ Klein, and so on.  The Friday before the nfc championship my wife and I after a few drinks said let’s see what prices look like for flights/accommodations and we got to talking about how much prices would increase if we waited until we found out if we would be in the big game. We said screw it, we are only out $200 if we have to cancel.  Of course we come out and just pulverized the cardinals in front of the most raucous crowd by far we’ve ever had. We had no idea what we would do for game tickets and then found out a neighbor who worked for the team could get us 2 for face value (each employee got two of their own for free, something cool that JR did).  But then the NFL mafia decided that the storyline of manning going out on top like Elway would give them more goodwill than a non traditional QB who didn’t connect with their target demo and the rest is history. I never have and never will watch that game again. I am just hoping I can see them win one in the 2nd half of my life.
