Not all contract money counts toward cap. I know that is obvious but people need to remember that. After all the over paid guys get out of the way all the 1a and 2 guys can be had with inventive contracts. With that in mind we may have more room than we think!

I agree. Maybe the next 2-3 days we'll begin to sign some guys on the cheap.

A lot of 2nd-4th tier guys. Good FA this year.

I also thought that only a portion of vets salary count towards the cap also.......? I thought I read that after the lock out ended....
