We do commercial HVAC. Be careful with those big residential companies, they'll screw you over in a heart beat. Techs make a lot of money in commission so it benefits them to find/make up problems with your units.

I think everyone thinks that....I saw a big billboard of them on I85 awhile back and shuddered.
