    MLS 2015 Season
Surprised there hasn't been a thread started on this one, or.... I'm too drunk to find it. Either way, this needed a thread.
Just got home from the OC Lions game against the Impact. Got to see Kaka and Drogba play, watched one HELL of a nasty collision between two Orlando defenders, which resulted in both being stretchered off the field with bloody foreheads, and overall had a friggin blast. So many, many, many hot women pull for that club, it's unreal, and no, I don't have pics, because I'm not a creepy stalker like that. Oh, and we won 2-1, which made it an even sweeter first game to go to.
That stadium was rocking... I'd put us up against Seattle for fan support. The whole place was packed, and the stands were shaking. I saw maybe 50 jerseys for Montreal, the rest was a sea of purple. It was beautiful... did I mention hot women too? So much fun... I wish you guys had an MLS team in Charlotte. Would be awesome.
Anywho, does anyone else have a team they support in the MLS? I'd love to hear your take on the league as a whole, and thought this would be a good idea to start this topic up. The talent is much better now in the MLS, and if they keep going, they could seriously make a statement to the rest of the world that futbol isn't just played outside the US anymore.

I don't need to temper any expectations, because the only one I have is that they play to the best of their abilities.
As such, I'm just going to be happy to see that stat, regardless of who it is against, because they are doing it against NFL quarterbacks and wide receivers. Doing a damn fine job DBs! Keep it up!

It's Hochuli... he hasn't been fair with us since we beat up his precious Cowgirls in the 96 playoffs. You guys expect different?

I think it's safe to say that yes, you two are coming from two different views of it. I would say that Arsenal's attack is very strong, but not very lethal, as they hardly convert their chances. We have a middling attack at the moment, with a middling lethality in conversion rate.
Arsenal will get their poo together eventually though, and when they do, it's going to be hard to stop them unless Wenger's confusion kicks in again, and he starts playing Giroud over Walcott or something, lol. I have respect for that team, as they can be a juggernaut, unless they happen to trip over their own shoes. That, fortunately for us Spurs fans, happens more often than Arsen would likely care for.

My Spurs were pretty lethal today.... it was nice being the benefactor of more calls for than against for once.

Oh god.. another one of these threads....
poo on a Band A, have someone else come in and say, "Yeah, but Band B was bad too," then have someone else say "WUT?!?! But Band B is the bestest evah!! Yu R Nutz!!!"
Gets fuging old seeing the same rhetoric over and over and over again....
Here's a thought... you don't like a band, don't mention them. Amazing how much folks contemplate the music of those they deem "inferior" bands around here. If they're so bad that they make your ears bleed, you don't have to listen to them. You don't even really have to think about them. But meh, I guess that's my take on life.
Personally, I like KISS, but I can see why a lot of folks wouldn't. Even though they're not a virtuoso group, they've sold millions of albums and landed in the R&R Hall of Fame after a 40+ year career making music. They're just a  group of guys who said fug it, we're doing our own thing, and turning it up to Volume 11 while we're at it! Who gives a poo if we're considered the most musically gifted?... we're gonna have a shitload of fun instead!
You know what?.. that kinda works for me, and for a lot of other folks too.

I'll take Captain Caveman, aka Norwell, if he's still available.

    Confirmed signing Clinton N'jie
2nd attempt to buy Berahino form the Baggies rejected, but they're playing hardball
Ade potentially on the way out for at leas a season long loan spell with option to buy
Lamela potentially being loaned to Inter Milan - good move for both clubs.
Bolasie rumoured to be coming in.
I'd take that transfer window in a heartbeat!

That's what you get when you sell off your only viable striker sub before a new one comes in. I'd like to see us pick up two more before the window closes, with the sale of Ade as well, but I'm dreaming there.
Kane went out with a knock in his leg, and we had nothing to replace him with but midfielders. No true strikers = no pressure on their back four. Without that, they were able to push up the pitch, and it was only a matter of time before we did something stupid to gift them a penalty. It was downhill after that....

I'm glad you guys saw that ridiculous ref job, and I wasn't the only one. We deserved to at least draw level with them, but like you guys said, every time we started to build steam again, ref blew the whistle. I hate that team with a passion.
I really like what Swansea's done.. they played with fire and passion, and it gave them a decent result. Good job guys!
What the hell was with Cech today? Not that I'm upset with the result =p , but WHAT THE HELL??! lol
Now to watch Stoke win... will make for a weird start to the season for sure.
