I think most people have more of a problem with the institution of slavery itself.
Unless this is trying to convey that black people were reponsible for slavery it is meaningless except for trying to perpetuate the false narrative of white persecution.

Being an asshole still isn't against the law.  Never has been.  What is against the law is exclusion of people from enjoying public accommodations because they are black, Jewish, WHITE, CHRISTIAN, Muslim, etc.
If you open a business to the public you must serve the public.  That isn't a violation of someone's rights.  A bakery or a retail store is not a person, it is an entity that provides services and products to people.  A business does not get baptized, a business does not pray to a God, a business does not go to a church.  A business provides a public accommodation.  Therefore it is must serve the public without discrimination.
And it isn't hypocrisy, you just don't know what you are talking about.  If a bakery wants to stop making customized wedding cakes or stop catering special events because they worry about conflicts with their religious beliefs than that is their perogative and their right.  However, they can't pick and choose what groups they sell to or provide services for if they decide to offer these products or services.
To do so would provide the means for oppression and/or segregation and is exactly the reason this idea means so much to white supremacist groups.  They could effectively force black people and Jewish people from their own property by not giving them means to survival and rid blacks from the community by providing no services and set up little white utopias free of the black man and evil Jews.
So if Apple decides to stop selling certain games altogether, it isn't the same thing as only selling those games to certain subsets of the community but not allowing others to buy them.  This is not a hard concept to understand unless you simply don't want to understand it.
If your right to bigotry has been violated why are groups like the KKK even allowed to exist?  Not only exist but be tax exempt organizations subsidized by the government?  Because as despicable as the KKK is they have the right to free speech, free assembly, and equal protection under that law.  So equal protection that you seem to think creates reverse racism and is preferential treatment for minorities also protects the KKK and CCC.  Because equal protection applies to (gasp) everyone.  Black, white, Hispanic, Christian, or Muslim.
I personally believe that you are not a white supremacist.  You are just a poor unknowing pawn in their game.

For the record MLB and NBA actually don't have guaranteed contract requirements written in their CBA or anything, it is just the nature of their market.

The fug does the DSM have to do with anything?
Now you are upset about equal treatment?
So you don't believe in equal treatment of blacks and gays, equal protection for blacks and gays, you hate the Civil Rights Act, and feel reverse racism is the REAL issue in the US that no one is talking about?
And then you wonder why people are not sure about you when it comes to issues of race.

Because some people feel like the Civil Rights Act took away their right to bigotry.

Are you talking about a bakery or an individual?
When was the last time you saw a bakery go to church?

That has nothing to do with the 14th amendment.  The 14th amendment just assures equal protection under the law.
It has nothing to do with cakes
