From the WH, "There is no need for a third party investigation because we have found no faults from ourselves, not a smidgen of corruption". Well there you go folks, go home nothing to see.

I hope your little circle jerk is cathartic, because sitting around complaining about secret conspiracies that have denied you your Fox News inspired dreams of getting the last laugh on the Kenyan Socialist is all you ever seem to get to do with any of your crackpot theories. Don't worry, another special House investigation will be called to keep stringing you along.

I'm not bothering putting together the timeline of all these and the levels of obstruction this administration and IRS officials have levied.  It's not worth it because CWG and a few others simply fall into the 21-22% that believe nothing was done wrong.

When all else fails throw a temper tantrum then marginalize the individual with false accusations.

Denial and anger, how is your bp?

There's a difference between "nothing was done wrong" and "there's a giant conspiracy going on".

Things are "done wrong" by good well meaning people every day. If you look at the crap fest that made up last nights cathartic road to nowhere with the IRS chief you can see exactly what I am talking about - IRS funding cut, no budget for new systems, hey less government spending, great, right? Shouldn't there be rejoicing in the IRS ability to do with less?

If nothing was done wrong then the IRS would have informed the committee up -front about the situation of the emails, the contract with Sonasoft, and not have this become a bigger mess-circus.

I worked with taxpayers that give the same excuse as the IRS gave and no it doesn't fly by me.

Also where is the paper copies of the emails as the policy states for retention?

People that are dishonest are rarely ever up front because something is being covered up. How about quit beating around the bush.

It looks like they spent a lot of time trying to retrieve the emails from other sources, as has been said thousands have been retrieved from other accounts. "The IRS" is not a person, their IT department could have spent a lot of effort looking at different forensic methods, etc that took time but hey let's just go with another complex and unprovable conspiracy theory instead.

I'm putting out real world possibilities, actually, probabilities, based on real world experiences I've had in places like law offices trying to find missing emails. You on the other hand have to resort to undefined cover ups for issues that don't merit the effort you feel was put into them because it gives you something to cling to.

Here's the latest meme from the liberal talking points.

Problem is...Obama's routed all sorts of money to the IRS.

http://thehill.com/policy/healthcare/220475-white-house-has-diverted-500m-to-irs-to-implement-health-law

but even when they have a slush fund...the IRS itself cannot account for $67 million...

http://townhall.com/tipsheet/kateandrews/2013/09/27/67-million-of-obamacare-funds-allocated-to-irs-missing-n1710440

So the "not enough money" bs isn't flying.

You do realize that money is for something else entirely, and is not a "slush fund?"

Oh wait let me guess there needs to be a conspiracy to take that money to pay for voter fraud schemes instead.
