Also some thoughts on PJ since he was mentioned above...

I think he could be a steal this draft, and someone that could be a great 6th man his first couple of seasons and maybe a good starter down the road. But I also think he needs to get as far away from North Carolina as possible. Get drafted by a team a few states away, far from all the idiot friends and influences here, and he will have a lot better shot at reaching his potential IMO. He may have changed for the better already and I hope he has...but give him a million dollars close to home and all his family and "friends" right here? Could just further the problems from the past couple of years.

I'm just going to say that I have no freaking clue what we're going to do, except that the possibilities are endless, and the cap space sure is nice for some FA acquisitions.

I'm going to go out on a limb, since it seems a team promise to pick Saric in the top ten, I think it will be the Hornets that promised him.

Cho did say that he's drafted a player before that he hasn't worked out.

Yea Saric isn't working out for anyone, he is however in the states for interviews. I wonder if the Hornets are one of the teams planning to interview him.

According to Bonnell, Orlando is asking a fortune for Afflalo (my guess is #9 and #24).

That's not worth it.

I have said the same thing. He needs to go to a place where he can just be a pro and not worry about some of the hanger ons and childhood friends.

Most people who know PJ don't think he is a bad kid, but sometimes runs with some questionable people in Greensboro and Durham.

If we draft him I worry about some of the people around him that are childhood friends and their friends more than PJ himself.

But hopefully he learned from his mistakes if we draft him.

I don't so much not want him as I don't know much about him. I like watching full games rather than video clips on youtube.

But NBA scouts have access to more info on these guys than me. But delving into the unknown is always scary

Just saw that it is believed that Denver gave Saric a promise at 11.

He's got a promise from a few teams in the lottery outside the top ten. Rumor was a few months ago a top ten team promised to pick him.
Lakers were high on him at 7, but not sure that happens with them trying to trade it
