Not much of a surprise, but a huge bummer for the legacy they have in San Diego.

That's a shame, hate when a city loses an NFL team.

Kevin Seifert NFL Nation

The Chargers became a rare NFL franchise that no one wanted. San Diego leaders and citizens made clear they wouldn't pay (enough) for a new stadium. And a year after the Rams moved to Los Angeles, no one there was clamoring for a second team. The better economic deal between the two imperfect options is LA. The Chargers are a business and apparently will act like one. Per Adam Schefter, they will move to Los Angeles.
