I remember you lambasting the D in the Denver game. How'd that work out?

its like this, we were without both DTs and they got the run going. the defense played its worse game of the year at the wrong time and things were exploited. they will be a better team for it and if they meet the giants again in the playoffs things will be different. we now know we can go to new york and play a terrible defensive game and still be in it. the sun will come up tomorrow. no big deal. the giants will go back to being the best team to ever walk the earth and the panthers will go back to obscurity which is just the way we like it.

I usually disagree with anything that comes out of your mouth, but it's the truth.

It was tough watching one of those last Eli throws where Godfrey got his hand on it Gamble was just sitting there waiting for the ball...

yeah godfrey lets that last tipped ball go, its game, gamble was sitting there salivating to get it.

we need another DT. without kemo we have nothing. post of the 2nd half we had 3 DEs on the line, and even had hayden with them. if marks or raji fall, fug it we NEED someone else, we have zero depth and dont need more warm bodies but some people worth a damn.

oh and godfrey, learn to fill a hole, or better yet tackle.

Thanks for this post it brings it into a little perspective, I think i'm dreading watching us play on the road during the playoffs if it comes to that, also now we have to win next week to guarantee the #2 seed from ATL (if they win of course)

If we did that, we wouldn't have anyone to play defense in the PLAYOFFS.

Am I the only one who watched the game? They did their job and stopped the Giants on their first drive in OT and our offense promptly laid an egg. They were on the field the whole fuggin second half jeesh what more could they have done? We can go on and on and on about who made the mistakes, Offense and Defense blew it (aka the whole team).
