We have two macbook pros and a new mac pro desktop in the house, as well as two Toshiba laptops and my desktop PC rig. Guess which of these had to be taken back to get fixed on more than one occasion?

I have enjoyed laughing at them try and battle the Windows 7 hype. It's been out for a week and they've already got multiple commercials bashing it without any facts. All they did was create some fake flashbacks for the last one.

Allow me to give you a little preview.

Ahem...

"Pepsi: Hey, Coke.

Coke: Hey, Pepsi. Aren't you excited? Coke Zero Cherry is coming out. It's going to be the best Coke product ever. I promise.

Pepsi: Where Have I heard that before?

*flashback*

Coke (wearing crocs to indicate it's 2006): Hey, Pepsi. Aren't you excited? Coca-Cola Blak is coming out. It's going to be the best Coke product ever. I promise.

*flashback*

Coke: Hey, Pepsi. Aren't you excited? Coca-Cola with Lime is coming out. It's going to be the best Coke product ever. I promise.

*flashback*

Coke: Coca-Cola Vanilla is coming out.

*flashback*

Coke: Coca-Cola with Lemon is coming out.

*flashback*

Coke: New Coke is coming out. It's going to be the best Coke product ever. I promise.

Drink Pepsi."

Haha I was very near using those exact two brands as an example, but then I felt to lazy to type it all out. Well done.

All I know is for the last 3 years I've had a Mac and it has never had any problems. When I used a PC growing up with XP, I think it froze like 56 times. I never used Vista much so I have nothing to say about that. And I've heard Windows 7 is great.

And I've had the same PC for the last 5 years and haven't had one problem with it while all my friends with Macs are constantly posting on facebook that there Mac is broken again.

you mix drinks, snack and pee for commercials during the game. All other tv, you watch later or record earlier

Just so I got this straight, you're now advocating that I rearrange my schedule so that I'm not watching live t.v.

So hypothetically, I'm ready to watch House at eight, and the cognitive center of my brain pings "you fool, you could watch this without commercials." So I set my Tivo, go downstairs, beat my face against the wall for an hour pontificating what a smart guy I am, then come back up at 9, watch a 40-minute House without commercials and pat myself on the back for for being so hip.

What an age to be alive.

well...personally...I have a satellite and live in mountain time, so I record all the shows I want to see in eastern time and then watch them all back to back once the kids are in bed. Suppose all y'all being in eastern time, you don't have that option...but I'd still find a way to do so....something about watching an hour long show in 45 minutes, commercial free.
