saw that. wondering when the bread and milk warning system was coming back.

Also possible snow around christmas eve/christmas but that's farther out.

Wow! A 60% chance of snow in Winston on Fri and Sat. I'll believe it when I see it though...

70% ch. of snow on Fri in Charlotte and 40%ch. of rain on Sat.

I have never understood the whole rush on milk and bread when snow is just a possibility. Maybe it's just me, but I tend to keep those items decently stocked regardless of the weather. What's the fascination?

I don't get it either, but then again upon hearing the call for bread and milk it alerts me to pick up beer and more beer. Especially since snow=no driving with my car.

20 years ago this Christmas Eve we got 20" overnight here in Wilmington... could this be setting up for a repeat of that?
