yeah ive seen this guy while browsing this awesome site. cookinwithgas? is that who you are talking about? not a fan of sissys who use gas grills.

charcoal is awesome if you like the taste of charcoal over the taste of meat.

isn't charcoal made from pyrolysizing wood and vegetables? what are you, a vegetarian?

Plus with a charcoal grill you are getting high concentrations of carbon (all the black stuff on burnt meat), which is highly carcinogenic.

But I do love to grill with charcoal.
