They may not have been real teeth anyway. Remember he had major facial reconstructive surgery after the car wreck, including major work done on he jaw. Maybe he just replaced some false teeth with a diamond encrusted bridge. Not that strange.

thats just a grill. He has no bottom row of teeth from the car accident he was in that almost killed him before he was famous. He wears dentures (well on the bottom anyway)
