What do you think will help this team improve the most? (Draft picks? better play? new staff? change in practice routine? ...)
What will it take for us to be a respectable football team again?
and also, when do you realistically think that we will be a championship (or at least playoff) caliber team again? (and what will it take to get there?)

This year has been fraught with various problems. We aren't making the plays we should, we don't display as much energy, and we make stupid mistakes (a little too often in my opinion).
