If we actually look to trade down look at how many teams picking high would move up for Luck

1 Carolina 1-11

2 Detroit 2-10 No

3 Cincinnati 2-10 YES

4 Buffalo 2-10 YES

5 Arizona 3-9 YES

6 Denver 3-9 New HC very possible

7 San Francisco 4-8 YES

8 Dallas 4-8 Eh maybe

9 Tennessee 5-7 With VY being a bitch YES

10 Washington 5-7 YES

11 Houston 5-7 No

12 Minnesota 5-7 YES

If I hear one more person talk about trading down I am going to send a virus to this entire forum so that such idiotic comments can no longer be made. If we get the #1 pick WE ARE NOT TRADING DOWN. There is no way in hell that we pass on Andrew Luck...get it through your dimwitted skulls that Jimmy Clausen BLOWS and we need a QB more than any other position.

QBs = MVPs THEY WIN GAMES...Not DTs, Not DEs, Not DBs, Not LBs, Not RBs...QBS!

if Clausen somehow lights it up in his remaining games, then we can talk about a trade. right now... that seems unlikely.

Those are my exact same feelings...If we trade down for a quick fix and not take Luck,given the chance,we will have 10 or 12 years to regret it,in my opinion.

I don't follow it as close as some, but I'd have to say it'd need to be a boatload of picks to do that.
