It's looking more likely than not. I will be surprised if we hire him before some of these other coordinators are done with their playoff runs though.

As good as an Idea as that would be why would they set up a 2nd interview if they knew they were going to interview other guys in a week or so? This seems like close to a done deal unless Ron just chokes when he meets the big cat!

He needs to be in place then the BIGGER decision will be who the OC and QB coach will be. That is the area that needs the greatest growth of production.
