you don't often see anyone use the word change sarcastically, i'm not certain i can handle how biting it is.

Just trying to lighten the mood round here, I found it humorous. BTW kinda ironic how he ran on bringing a "change" to Washington then turned around and appointed a bunch of Clinton's old fogies. Kinda like do as I say not as I do.
Seriously I truly hope he succeeds, and turns out to be the best president ever for all our sakes.

I was serious.
I would rather have Clinton as a president for 20 years, than have a republican like Bush or McCain for one year.

no matter how much change you plan to bring, you need people in who know what they're doing and are proven competent in getting the job done. with maybe 1 exception off-hand, everyone he has chosen so far has been more than fit for their job and proven competent. change takes hard work, done right.

would you prefer he select people from outside government like perhaps george clooney and joe the plummer?
