I'd agree, but realistically you're worth what the market says you are.

from what i heard haynesworth had alot more teams offering him the money he wanted than they expected. if thats the case peppers should have just as many teams willing to pay him

Problem is that those teams not only have to pony up cash for Peppers they also have to deal with us in a trade. There was no trade with Hayesworth...

I'd pay that for a franchise QB like Manning or Brady over 10 years.


Well yeah. If you can keep the years at 10m, then most of the top tier players are worth that. The problem is the up front money, and back loading.

Your dead on there. Now that the big FA is signed..... some of these teams in the running for AH might come a calling for JP. Or atleast stick their toe in the water.
