Don't think we'd be looking at a 2nd round DT, we'd be looking at a 2nd round CB in my opinion. And there looks to be some solid talent available at CB in the 2nd.
You can mask pretty mediocre secondary play with good d line play.

Can't that go either way?
Good D-line play = less time to throw = only need mediocre coverage.
Good D-back play = no one open = only need mediocre pass rushers.
Or am I missing something here?

But the point is the talent and value in the 2nd will be at CB...not DT...

rarely are they ever put to good use, imo.
oh...and how many playoff games have they won since they went to the superbowl last time?
