Find a ship with no security. Check

Hold hostage the most expensive piece. Check

Have communications with the media. Check

Be prepared to deal with the US Navy and Navy Seals. Ummmm

Should have taken them out in the first day.

Now let that ship stay our there awhile and flatten any others we happen to see.

Ending a high tension hostage with no bloodshed IS SENDING THE WRONG MESSAGE!!1!!

Do we want people to think that while we are willing to stand our ground, we are open to peaceful solutions?

This is just horrible!

We place different value on the lives of people who do such things as kidnapping, theft, murder.

Pirates are not nearly as cool when they are black, poor, and desperate.

Gonna ruin that disney ride for me. :(

A definite abuse of US power. Victimizing those poor, pirates like that - they didn't stand a chance.
