Rivera is NOT playing with S. Martin and Godfrey

I think you are wrong about Godfrey. He has played well and has likely cemented his spot. Martin on the other hand sucks and has no coverage skills,no tackling skills, and no tenacity.

very nice pickup - still young, has experience but still plenty of room to grow. just missed his chance of being on national TV a LOT more last season because he got hurt early and goldson went on to do so well.

I am starting to think this FA has been very productive. No talking heads are gonna talk about it but this recent signing, Tolbert, Pollack, Nakumura, resigning Senn. Come one draft so we can see how the pieces fit.

Don't forget Antwan Applewhite, Kenny Onatolu, and Hargarnter. Trading for Bruce Campbell was good too.

Bolstering secondary is exactly what we need. Great pickup. Best part? He's not 5'9.

I'm guessing Joe Person still doesn't know about this?

God Hurney sucks, we don't have any money and our defense isn't going to improve at all this off season.

Damn straight... Superbowls aren't built off those 1 to 3 stars you may have on your team that are known leaguewide, they're built off the other 52-50 players your team is made up of.

We have upgraded significantly across the board and everyone of the guys we have signed aside from maybe Onatulu (sp?) have starting potential.

I singled out this guy before the free agenct period began as a possible target for the Panthers. Former high 2nd round pick who's still young and has possible starter type skills. A better version of former 49er S Marcus Hudson, who we also signed a few years back.
