Walter Football Nfcs Draft Grades

I do not question any of the guys we have picked up, however, I hate, hate, hate, giving away future picks. It just never seems to be worth it for us. I hope that Alexander turns into a beast and we can all forget next years third

Would give Alexander a C+ and Norman a B+

Not the best draft in regards to needs but we certainly added alot of talent.

Frank Alexander is not going to be a starting DE but the guy is going to make plays IF this staff has a plan for him. The problem with the last staff is that their defense featured a few guys and it seemed like the development of lower round players never happened. Frank Alexander has the ability to be an impact player. And the bottom line is that we NEEDED pass rushers that had the ability to fit into the 4-3. Alexander played 4-3 DE at Oklahoma and was really effective in doing so. We couldn't go into next season with Johnson, Hardy, and Applewhite as our only edge rushers competing for spots.

I'm only worried about Dash Global's grade.

Added final picks. It makes me smile that Atlanta earned a "Matt Millen Kielbasa" grade.

    • To me this off-season it makes the most since to keep CAP or Foz if it comes down to those two. CAP may be average, but that's as a 1st and 2nd down back which CMC, & Whit are not at this point from a full time perspective.  CAP is the best option to maintain a physical runner in the event (likely-hood) Stewart has to miss a couple games as he tends to each season.  I think it's common sense at this point. If we look at Stewart for what he is ''right now'' aside from pass protection there is not '' a lot'' that really separates him from CAP in my opinion, a few years ago it was a bigger gap, but at this point in Stewart's career he's becoming just a power runner, CAP is the closest we have to that.
    • Dummy, come on man.    Rivera and DG tanked that game for a high pick. You guys know nothing about running a team.    The question now is, do we as huddles think you're a decent poster anymore. Answer is "no".
