What level of success will the Panthers achieve in 2012?

0-4 no playoffs
5-7 no playoffs

People realize how potent our offense is this year. No one realized how ridiculous Chud can be with our offense until they saw the Annexation of Puerto Rico on ESPN. The only people who doubt us are the Taint* fans.

I'd say 8-10 wins but dark horse superbowl contenders. Knock on wood that we stay healthy, but barring injuries we have the best defense in the NFC south and the 2nd best offense behind the Saints********************************************************************. I think this team will catch steam halfway through the season and go deep into the playoffs.

As usual, you have missed the point here. The point is that losing your Mike (Middle LineBacker) is very similar to losing your QB on the offensive side of the ball.

The poster never implies that Beason is as good as Ray Lewis.

Losing a MLB isn't the same for all teams. How good they are is a huge part of the equation. Who else is on D also matters.

The post was vague. They made a Beason/Lewis comparison and that could be taken lots of ways.

With a healthy, TD, Luke and Anderson....losing Beason wouldn't be that crippling IMO as some other scenarios. A negative...

I work with a guy that is a die-hard Panther hater from the beginning (for some reason) and we were talking yesterday about the up and coming season and to my shock, he predicted the Panthers to go 11-5. I think that he has a Cam-Crush but I won't hold that against him
