Well I'm not sure that has anything to do with it. I think you can't advance a fumble unless it's by the runner/one who fumbled.

It doesn't matter if he fumbled as once the the ball crossed the plane its a TD.

I also think it was a TD. Stanford should at least thrown once IMO.

That is true. I didn't see the game so I can't comment on that. But if he indeed did fumble, I believe the only way they could score is if the runner picked up the ball in the endzone.

That looks like a TD to me. Unless that elbow hits. I can't tell.

Didn't see it either but if the ball crossed the plain and then it was fumble it is a td.
If he fumbled before the goal line and it crossed the goal line and recovered then no.

that was the second bad call- the first was the phantom late hit on the ND QB, or did they call the shoulder to helmet?
