My dad has direct TV. Direct TV NFL package allows you to warch games online either on a computer or a laptop. It's called DirectTV Everywhere, and it's an app on iTunes.
So, If he pays for NFL ticket, and I download the direct tv app, then use his password and login on my ipad. Then I will be able to watch the games at my house.
Now what if I get Apple TV transmitter, and wirelessly transmit from my iPad to my big screen???
Dads direct tv subscription -> Hotsauce iPad, direct tv app -> apple TV -> Hotsauce's Television
This seems to make sense to me, does this sound like it would work???
Has anyone tried this, or know anyone who has? Will this work? Will the quality be good?
Thanks in advance

Jesus, I gave you a reliable site to watch these games and you're going going all McGyver on this?
How would I get your site on my tv?

My sister has direct tv and the sunday ticket. I use her login info to watch games on my playstation3, it'll also work on a laptop, and via the iPhone app, although the app can be a little grainy. It's called Sunday Ticket To-Go and it's an extra $50 (If you already have Sunday Ticket), which I had no probably paying my sister to get.

The Apple TV transmitters were a $100 not too long ago, so I'd imagine they're around the same price. You could definitely load the games from the ipad to your Apple TV at 1080p.
Solid plan if u ask me. Apple TV transmitter is awesome. I've had mine for about 6 months now. Recently got myself an iPad as well...
I have the Full Sunday Ticket with mobile access built in, so I don't have to worry about this, but it's definitely a legit workaround until they start making u register Mac addresses when u buy the ticket.

Are you this technologically inept?
HDMI cables man. If you have a HDTV chances are there is a HDMI port. Get a cable, set your laptop next to it. Connect said cable to TV and Laptop. Use TV as huge as monitor, go to site. click on link. Play game. Order pizza and a ***** for a BJ later and be happy..

That sounds good but sometimes after a while the link starts to get laggy.
You're talking about firstrow right?

I, for one, haven't had any issues with lag. Sometimes (rarely) the audio messes up, but never was audio needed.
