Well yeah, but they aren't saying they are better, they are saying the SEC is better. I guess it depends on what they are arguing.

But it's like you said, the conference is better sure, but they aren't doing poo to actually contribute to that, so do they really have any place to boast....

I wouldn't call Florida a doormat yet, they've won two titles in the last decade (whether I think USC would have beat them in 08 is beside the point haha). Definitely have hit a rough patch, but far from a doormat still....

It all depends on what they are talking sh** about. They have no reason to talk sh** to USC fans. But a Vandy fan could say they'd have a better record if it wasn't for the SEC.
