I was actually worried because usually Steve tries to hide his injuries.

I was to. I was talking to a buddy when he went down and my wife said 89s down. I looked at the screen think omg he doesn't go down for train wrecks this must be bad. Guess anyone can cramp up.

Darin Gantt from PFT:

"Smith’s back in the game. He’s a tough little guy, but tends to overdramatize minor injuries sometimes."

Really??? I guess most guys with cramps just run off the field and go back in next play? Of course, if you a studly writer, you know how to shake off injuries.

He took the cart in for cramps.

dumb. 5'8" receivers don't gain 10,000 yards by being soft.

I hope they can rest smith some he's looking a bit old out there.

I love me some Stevie but I have to agree, his age is starting to peek out just alittle and if you haven't studied his beautiful career, you'd never know it...I hope we can win that Bowl game if only just for him...Beason started slow but boomed at the presise moment ( final int. -loved it ) What a game!

Hmmm, when did Steve Smith overdramatize minor injuries? If you see SS laying on the ground, you best believe he's hurting. This is the man that broke his arm, held onto the ball and celebrated before jogging off the field. Some people just have to say something about something, even if it's nothing!

More like the Panthers trainers rode him in with the cart, they know how much Steve means to this team and he probably gets VIP treatment.

Would you be happy if you were the only competent player on an incompetent team?

Gantt is a tool. I haven't had to say that in awhile, still is true though.
