You'd have to add the fact he ever got the position in the first place to that as well.

Never understood the Cap Magic opinion around here either.
For 2 years the Panthers were completely screwed by Hurney's mismanagement of the Peppers Franchise debacle. So much that at one point he had to extend Delhomme to one of the most ridiculous contracts ever on the NFL's books just to eek out a couple million in cap relief for a year.

Failure in so many areas yet still cashes a BofA paycheck.
