Because UNC grads have a much harder time finding work after college than NC St grads. Especially since UNC is a top 5 US public school, such an overrated statistic. Who needs a great education, amirite!?!?/1/1/one

Keep in mind the only reason you've even been competitive the past two years is because I guess Mike Glennon was fuging hammered when he signed his LOI in 2008 when he was the 3rd best QB in the nation. UNC has been mediocre lately largely because they've never been able to recruit good quarterbacks on a consistent basis. Better hope one of the scrubs you guys recruited is another Russell Wilson after this year. Meanwhile we'll enjoy Marquise Williams and James Summers. (Sorry about James switching schools from you guys btw :()

I'm so confused by this recruiting talk. UNC fans celebrating their higher ranked guys, yet those higher ranked players continue to lose? Lol wut?

If TOB ever figures out how to actually recruit, my lord what do you think State would do to you guys then?

As for the academics, yes, UNC is higher rated and the better school. Congrats.

Howeva, for the past few years, State grads have also been ranked higher than UNC grads (according to the WSJ at least) in the eyes of job recruiters and businesses anyway. You know, that getting the job thing is kind of a big deal with college.
