Everyone who got a fatass paycheck from Hurney:

Looking like this wasn't the right move, as far as players are concerned. Rivera is a lame duck coach! Pretty sure Hurney got fired for his decision on Rivera
He's a nice guy and a loyal dude
But it's not about that in this business. This team has NOT been built right over the years. JR can go too

Smith said he did not see this coming, he declined to use the word scapegoat, saying he did not know what expectations were or were not met.

Right idea, but Hurney couldn't pull it off.

Hurney's firing didn't come down to Rivera's performance as a coach... we're 9-29 since the beginning of the 2010 season when Hurney decided we were going to go young and build through the draft.
Right idea, but Hurney couldn't pull it off.
richardson decided to go young and build thru the draft. hurney and fox were given the ultimatum to produce back to back winning seasons or go young.
hurney jumped on board.
fox did not.
