Absolutely just destroyed his other knee. Similar to the Tyrone Prothro injury from bama a few years ago. Guy worked so hard to get back only to have this happen to him , really gotta feel for the guy.

McGahee's bent similarly but didn't have the bone displaced like that... Really disgusting and it's horrific to imagine being him and looking down at that. I really hope he can fully recover.

This is why college athletes should get paid or be able to go on to the NFL without being 3 years removed from HS. Kid lost millions of dollars today. Goddamn shame.

I agree , I don't see anything wrong with at least giving them minimum wage or something. Just anything to put toward their future just in case football doesn't work out and they arn't one of those kids that has the smarts for great careers.

Yeah, I've always argued that they should get paid. People want to say they're getting an education like every other student, but the difference is, non-athletes aren't risking their health on a daily basis for that education.

Yeah, I've always argued that they should get paid. People want to say they're getting an education like every other student, but the difference is, non-athletes aren't risking their health on a daily basis for that education.

That and major college sport athletes can't just take whatever classes they want anymore. Schedules get conflicted.
