I grew up and have known the kid who finished in third(Jake Balsiger) for about 10 years. It's funny, we all learned how to play poker together and there he was at the final table at the WSOP. Crazy.

I've been in Vegas all week at a conference. The final table was packed, I had to watch it on TV like everyone else. Too bad I didn't know you were here, I would been happy to let PayPal buy you a beer. :-)

it takes a special person for sales/marketing especially if you aren't genuinely passionate about the product.

I have been to only 37 states, not traveling much anymore. Just a show now here and there and within the state of NC. The trips to Asia were the worst. Jet lag kicks my butt.

And didn't get to attend. Had to fly to Chicago. Lame ass poo. Now I'm in Chicgo wearing a Panthers hoodie at a bar. Getting no love what so ever from Bears fans while my 3 and 7 year old are home trick-or-treating. Fug my life.

My new position has required lots of travel. I agree, it's lonely and it sucks when you miss things at home. SCP, I have a lot of respect for what you do... It's a hard life and I don't travel anywhere near the amt you do, but i can empathize with how you feel

What do you sell of you don't mind sharing?
