Looking like FL is gonna go O. He is blowing out Romney in Broward, Miami/Dade.

In NC, Romney went up another point 51-48 with half of votes counted.

The panhandle counties are in a different time zone so they close later. And they trend republican. So it will get closer. But it doesn't look good for Romney for now.

they'll call it at 11pm when the votes in Cali close. unless by some miracle Romney can pull this out

Florida now tied at 50/50. Romney ahead in Virginia and NC.

Obama well ahead in Ohio, but only 29% reporting.

mittens up 15k in florida with only a few panhandle counties to go

edit: nm there's only been a few hundred thousand votes counted in miami-dade

took 10 minutes to vote this morning.


I know 5 people who stood in lines of at least an hour the past weekend b/c they wanted to avoid the election lines today.

I got off work at 4:15
Hustled down 77 to get to Huntersville. Was at my polling station before 5pm.
Was done voting by 5:15.
