I don't know anymore, I was excited about Rivera because he was arguably the best coordinator available. I took for granted that a good coordinator would naturally make a good head coach but failed to factor in the nuances of managing the game flow and all of the other responsibilities that come with being a head coach.

At this point I would rather have someone from the college ranks or a former NFL head coach with a history of winning
