Everyone picture Jerry Richardson and Rob Ryan interacting on a frequent basis.

An offensive league.....I want an offensive minded HC. Enough of these DCs.

Four of the top 5 offenses have defensive minded head coach

I don't know anymore, I was excited about Rivera because he was arguably the best coordinator available. I took for granted that a good coordinator would naturally make a good head coach but failed to factor in the nuances of managing the game flow and all of the other responsibilities that come with being a head coach.

At this point I would rather have someone from the college ranks or a former NFL head coach with a history of winning

At least when people watch him on the sidelines they'll see an ad to the local steak house, yay free marketing.
And what follows is my general reaction to Rob Ryan being our coach, courtesy of Rob Ryan

We interviewed him last year and as far as his sideline presence is concerned he would already be a huge upgrade over Rivera lol. He atleast gets fiery and shows a lot of emotion on the sideline. I know on paper we would want to stay away from a hot and up coming D coordinator since thats how we got Rivera but Rob Ryan could be a potential good choice. Thoughts?

A lot of guys don't like Rob Ryan, but I do. I think he would be a great HC.

I notice people on here are all over the place with their opinions. Pretty much this sums up what I see on here. "Bill Cowher is overrated and been out of the game." "NO to Andy Reid! Also overrated." "Norv Turner? LMFAO." "Chip Kelly is the second coming of Bill Bellicheck!! Lets hire him."

Ok doesnt Chip Kelly pretty much run Chud's offense on steroids? I just dont see the appeal of Chip Kelly at all.
