Cam was a Jerry Richardson pick and if Rivera wants to get fired fast all he has to do is sit Cam. Everyone else on the staff wanted Gabbert. That would have worked out great. We already have Clausen. We don't need Clausen 2.0
There was not a top QB in that draft. Hurney and jr convinced themselves that Cam was one. They were were wrong.

Cam had a lane to step up in as Bowers was way outside, no pocket awareness.
It was bad protection but QBs like Rothlisburger and Rodgers are still good with no protection. Cam just aint it.

This is really sweet. Things like this aren't Rivera's fault but when they happen it makes me hate him even more for some reason. Can someone help as to why?

This is becoming almost unbearable to watch. I mean, our two best pass rushers crash into each other and get hurt on the same play? This team is fuging snake bitten like nothing I've ever seen before, and I saw a news show about a guy that has been attacked by a shark AND struck by lightning. That guy is lucky compared to this fuging team man I swear.
