If it were me and I gave a 2 week notice, I'd work out my 2 week notice.

Ad far as unused vacation days they have to pay you those no matter what.


Squirrel is right. You used to be able to decide if you wanted to as a business, but the laws changed recently, they have to give it to you. Don't let them screw you over on that.

Oh and fug going in the rest of the week.

This. If you wanted the days off...you should've taken them off THEN put in your 2 week notice. Or scheduled that time off beforehand.

When I talked to my boss today, he was sure I was bluffing to try getting a raise. "No, dude, I already peed in a cup and everything".
