Why not make everyone that signs up use a paid for e-mail address

would make ppl more cautious before doing somethin dumb and basically no more grits or 16 year olds etc

Other possible option would be to charge a small signup fee (3-5 dollars perhaps) for membership.

Folks are less likely to break the rules when they know they'd lose something / have to pay again. Also helps keep the underage kids out as they're less likely to have a credit/debit card.

Probably not feasible, but I think it'd work if it happened.
