-Take care of your finances.
-Stay in shape (round doesn't count).
Some I haven't seen yet:
-Don't lie, cheat or steal, and do not tolerate those amongst you who do.
-Hold yourself accountable for your actions, do not make excuses.
-You don't need to read 5 hours a day, but you should always be reading a book. When you finish, start a new one.
-Keep a positive attitude, it's contagious. (A negative attitude is also contagious, avoid people who are always negative.)
-Don't get married until you are mature enough to put someone else before yourself. For me, that was close to 30.
- ^^^Same with kids.
-Try new things. It will make you feel young again for a few minutes.
All I can think of off the top of my head.

Getting to be 80 years old isn't worth a damn if you've never spent a night under the stars tripping on 'shrooms, acid, or better yet peyote.
I would recommend staying away from the needle though.

The greatest thing you'll ever learn, is just to love and be loved in return.
