For the people who keep asking what it means.

We don't care.

Speak English.

I use to wonder why anybody would even watch ESPN for football coverage.

I gave up trying to figure it out.

I have a buddy who knows everything about sports, but truthfully he watches ESPN. He quotes Bayless & Stephen A to me all the time. Sometime I wish i had a taser.

Like T.I. once said, responding to his haters

"But that's alright, let the nerds hate 'Cause in my face though the words get ate. Hating's hard work, but I just bounce back, 'cause God work tell all the haters am back!"

Man ESPN is a fuging wasteland - something is wrong when I'd prefer to watch the NFL Network over, well, anyone.

You spend most of the season trying to destroy someone then they start playing extremely well? Better pretend they don't exist!

This is a transition phase for ESPN. They need to have a lull in their Newton bashing before they jump on the bandwagon again.

I see why people are still mad. They attacked Cam like he was public enemy number one and now he cannot get any coverage. ESPN has always been like that though. Last year they took all the Cam haters off for a minute when he balled out. I didn't see Merrill Hoge all season and this year he back with a vengeance.

I don't understand why people complain about ESPN... it is what it is, we should know their agenda right now...ESPN cares about stories that can stir controversy and polarize the audience, and other stories relevant to majority of fans nation wide...

1) Popular team (Example: Dallas) Playing very well, or horribly bad = Air play on ESPN

2) Popular/Polarizing QB (Ex; Cam, Eli) - On a bad team = No attention if beat another bad team, But more attention if they lose with the QB looking bad/below average.

3) Popular/Polarizing QB (Ex; Cam, Eli) - On a winning team = Attention after most games, with big performances getting a lot of attention

4) Non popular team/QB (Ex: Dalton, Bradford) = Minimum coverage regardless... Attention will be dictated by their opponent, or if the team has an extremely good/horrid performance then some attention will be given.

So right now we are on on bad team and ESPN could give two craps about us unless we have a bad loss that gives them reason to talk about us... only if we play a relevant opponent and win will we have some air play.

This stuff should not surprise anyone.

Cam got a brief mention by Howie when he said that a light appears to have come on for Cam and we might look back on it as a time when he took it to the next level, or something to that effect. Thats about as much coverage as a qb of a 5-9 small market team can expect.

Want more media attention? Then win more games.
